I suppose I had never thought about it, but Ruby Falls stays open well past sundown during the winter. Along with Rock City and the Incline Railway, Ruby Falls makes the big three tourist attractions along Lookout Mountain.
The Castle itself looks different as they cut away the vines growing up the side around 2018. There is an observation deck atop the castle.
